If you wish to take a driver’s education course to resolve your violation notice, please appear in district court at your scheduled court date prior to paying the violation notice. Payment in full of a violation notice will dispose of the case and may trigger automatic reporting to your licensing authority. The traffic school process should be confirmed with the district court prior to payment. Please note, not all jurisdictions allow a defendant to attend traffic school to satisfy a violation notice issued for a moving offense.
